How soon will I get my prints after placing an order?

"We always aim to get orders out immediately after receiving payment but please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

What is your refund policy?
You have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of your order. If you do cancel your payment will be returned as soon as we receive the goods in mint condition. Postage will be paid by the buyer for all returns.

What if I want to resell my print?

We really prefer to sell to people who want art on their walls and not to secondary market re-sellers. If we hear of prints from the Print Dispensary website being bought specifically for resale, we reserve the right not to serve the reseller with Print Dispensary goods in future.

Will I be added to your mailing list once I make a purchase?

In the purchasing process, information on each customer is gathered in order to complete orders. If you don't want to receive further communications from Print Dispensary you can unsubscribe yourself from our mailing list simply by clicking on the unsubscribe link in our mailouts. Your details will then automatically be removed.

How are payments taken?

We use a secure online payment system called RBS WorldPay. This processes all payments taken through the Print Dispensary site. We don't store your debit/credit card details. All payments are takin in UK Pounds Sterling. **Please check for current conversion rates before making your purchase if you live outside the UK.
