Welcome to The Print Dispensary. We're an independent art shop specialising in carefully selected vintage and decorative prints.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We've tried to keep everything as clear and straightforward as possible.

2. Our artwork
Our collection includes vintage-inspired artwork, reproductions and carefully sourced imagery.
We take care to represent our prints accurately, but please bear in mind:
Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Some artwork may contain natural signs of age, grain, texture or imperfections that are part of the character of the original image.
The composition or cropping may vary slightly between print sizes. Please check the product images and descriptions before ordering.
Frames, mounts and other styling accessories are not included unless specifically stated.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
The total price, including any applicable delivery charges and taxes collected by us, will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
We reserve the right to update our prices and product availability. Any changes will not affect orders we've already accepted.
Payment must be received before an order can be processed.
4. Orders and production
Our prints are produced individually when you place an order, rather than held in stock.
Once you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. Your order is accepted when we confirm that it has entered processing.
If there's a problem with your order or we're unable to fulfil it, we'll contact you and arrange a refund where appropriate.
If you need to change your order or delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, although changes may not be possible once production has begun.
5. Delivery
We offer free UK delivery on all unframed prints.
Delivery charges for framed prints and international orders are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.
Production and delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. Further details are available on our Shipping & Delivery page.
We'll always do our best to get your artwork to you promptly. If anything goes wrong in transit, please get in touch so we can help resolve it.
6. Cancellations and returns
We hope you love your artwork, but understand that sometimes things don't work out.
For most standard prints purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To cancel, email hello@printdispensary.com within that period. You then have a further 14 days to return the artwork.
For change-of-mind returns, you'll normally be responsible for return postage. Please take reasonable care of the artwork and package it securely to prevent damage in transit.
We'll refund the item price and any standard outward delivery charge you paid, in accordance with your statutory rights. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or satisfactory evidence that you've sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Genuinely personalised or bespoke artwork made to your individual specifications may not qualify for change-of-mind cancellation rights. Where this applies, we'll make it clear before purchase.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
7. Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
Every print should arrive in excellent condition.
If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, please email hello@printdispensary.com with your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, photographs of the artwork and packaging.
We'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, including any necessary return postage, in accordance with your consumer rights.
8. Copyright and use of artwork
The artwork and images on our website are provided for personal enjoyment and display.
Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights in the underlying artwork.
Website photographs, branding, descriptions and other original content belonging to The Print Dispensary may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Any third-party or public-domain material remains subject to its applicable rights and legal status.
9. Website use
We aim to keep our website accurate, secure and available, but occasionally errors or interruptions may occur.
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use its content unlawfully.
10. Privacy
We use personal information to process orders, arrange delivery and communicate with customers.
Further information about how your data is handled is available in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applicable to your order will be those in place when you made your purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections or rights you may have to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
