We fell in the love with The Polish School of Posters the moment we saw our first vintage circus poster designed by one of its artists. The movement emerged on the war-torn streets of Poland’s towns and cities - in the decades following the Second World War - as the greatest artists of the day produced truly original cultural posters for the Communist state. Despite the strictness of the regime, the artists retained creative freedom and their bold, bright, soulful works changed the course of modern graphic design.
